Who is behind PAY on QR
PAY on QR is built and run by Svetlozar Dobrev, an independent software developer based in Bulgaria, working under the brand INFOBGNET. It is not a faceless platform – if something goes wrong with your account, you are talking to the person who wrote the code.

Your money never passes through us. Payments are processed by Stripe and settle directly into your own Stripe account. PAY on QR only deducts its per-transaction fee at the moment of payment – it never holds or has access to your funds. You can disconnect at any time and keep your Stripe account and its full history.
